Call for Papers, 2025, Volume-10, Issue-1
1. We are glad to inform you that the Bangladesh Maritime University, Dhaka, is going to publish Volume-10, Issue-1 of Bangladesh Maritime Journal (BMrJ) on the latest development outcome in maritime affairs with a perspective for Bangladesh. This year BMrJ welcomes submissions in the areas related to Oceanography, Marine Fisheries, Marine Biotechnology, Maritime Environment and climate, Port and Shipping Management, Ocean and Coastal Engineering, Blue Economy, Marine Engineering, Smart Port and Shipping, Maritime Education, Marine Tourism, Maritime shipping business, Maritime Policy, Maritime Law, Maritime Education, Strategy, Management, Science and Technology, Ocean Robotics, Ship Recycling Industry, Smart Technology (AI, ML, IoT, Blockchain, Big Data).
2. BMrJ is committed to publishing high quality research articles of researchers from academic and industry sectors. BMrJ is a peer reviewed journal. Our reviewers are selected from different esteemed universities both at home and abroad. All articles are reviewed by two reviewers. The submitted papers/articles must be an original piece of work. The author should declare that the article has not been published and/or submitted for publication elsewhere earlier and is not in consideration for publication anywhere else.
3. The papers/articles shall be written in English (Standard British) and typed double spaced on a standard A4 size paper. Letter font shall be of Times New Roman size 12 points. The papers/articles shall have an abstract (Font Times New Roman, size 11 points) followed by keywords. The heading and subheading of each sections should have sequence numbers (1, 1.1,). The papers/articles should acknowledge the sources as references in line with the text. The Chicago style (published in the Manual, latest edition) shall be the writing and reference style of the papers/articles for the journal.
